What are we looking for?
- Enthusiasm for your chosen career path
- Ideally 5 GCSEs A*-C (9-4) including English and Maths; A-levels or equivalent at level 3 with roughly 64 UCAS points (may vary by apprenticeship and FE/HE provider)
- Ability to travel or drive to various locations
- Ideally some exposure to a construction environment
Like all apprenticeships, you will engage in day or block release at a further education / higher education establishment, with a 20% off-the-job and 80% on-the-job training. We offer a structured internal development programme covering personal development and technical themes to support what you learn on the job and at your education provider. Our training workshops are practical and grounded in real-life scenarios. We have a large community of apprentices, graduates and undergraduates in the business and plenty of experienced colleagues who support the programme.
