They are now looking to recruit a confident, proactive and resourceful Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join their team in Stockport. This is a high-volume, fast-moving role where priorities can change quickly. It requires resilience, organisation and a hands-on approach.
The Role:
- Take full ownership of customer orders from initial enquiries through to timely delivery
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone & email)
- Interpret requirements and ensure clear understanding of customer needs
- Source products, obtain quotes and place orders with suppliers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate delivery
- Take ownership of orders and resolve challenges proactively
