  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone & email).
  • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, purchasing, or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills (phone and email), with the ability to clarify technical or detailed requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm.
