This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of material availability, supplier coordination, inventory control, and purchasing operations - helping to keep production moving without interruption while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage material planning, purchasing, and inventory control
- Execute MRP activities and maintain accurate SAP data
- Raise and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time supply
- Monitor stock levels, investigate variances, and support stock accuracy
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and suppliers
- Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in planning, purchasing, or supply chain gained within manufacturing
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
