Specification Sales Manager – North UK (Remote)

Salary: Up to £60,000 Basic + £15,000 Bonus + Car Allowance

Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to appoint a Specification Sales Manager to drive project specifications and new business development across the Midlands and Northern regions.

Working remotely from home, you will be responsible for developing specifications and influencing key stakeholders across a wide range of commercial projects within sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, hospitality, sports venues, and public buildings.

  • Develop and secure product specifications with architects, designers, specifiers, consultants, and main contractors.
  • Deliver a consultative, solution-led sales approach focused on project outcomes and customer needs.
  • Work closely with distribution partners to maximise project opportunities and convert specifications into sales.
  • Identify and influence projects at the earliest stages of the construction cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Proven track record within specification sales, technical sales, or project-led construction sales.

Experience selling interior construction products, building materials, fit-out solutions, or related construction products.

Strong network among architects, specifiers, contractors, and construction professionals.

Able to manage a large geographical territory effectively from a home-based environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
