We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our well-established team in Widnes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our site's maintenance, improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Performing preventative and reactive maintenance across the site.
- Participating in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Carrying out fabrication and welding duties.
- Communicating effectively with multiple departments regarding maintenance issues.
- Complete duties outdoors, at height, and in confined spaces as required.
- Ensuring all maintenance reporting is accurate and complete.
Requirements:
- Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical engineering or a relevant mechanical engineering qualification.
- Fabrication and welding skills are desirable.
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00.
- Week 2: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00.
