Are you an experienced Supply Chain or S&OP professional with a background in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing?

We're recruiting for a Planning & Materials Manager to join a successful manufacturing business, leading the Planning and Materials teams to deliver an effective S&OP process, optimise inventory and ensure excellent customer service.

The Role Lead and develop the Planning and Materials teams.

Drive the S&OP process, balancing demand, capacity and material availability.

Deliver robust production plans and improve supply chain performance.

Manage supplier performance and material flow.

Improve KPIs including OTIF, inventory, stock turns and waste reduction.

Work closely with Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams to drive continuous improvement.

The successful Materials & Planning Manager Proven S&OP, Supply Chain Planning or Materials Planning experience within FMCG or a similar manufacturing environment.

Strong people management and leadership skills.

Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.

Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.

A continuous improvement mindset with Lean manufacturing experience.
