Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate customer quotations and pricing for the sales team.
Produce estimates for major tenders and commercial opportunities.
Maintain and update pricing databases and pricing tools to ensure accuracy.
Analyse sales, margin and customer data to identify improvement opportunities.
Produce regular commercial reports and business analysis.
Support customer reviews with meaningful commercial insight.
Validate invoice pricing to ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
Provide general commercial and operational support across the department.
About You We're looking for someone who is: Commercially aware with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Confident interpreting data and turning insights into actions.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
Proactive, adaptable and focused on continuous improvement.
Experience of Microsoft Access, Share Point and Power BI would be advantageous but is not essential.
