Senior Production Planner Up to Β£45,000 Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment - Senior Hands-On Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Planner to join our client's established BRC manufacturing facility. This is a genuinely senior, hands-on role where you'll take responsibility for both day-to-day production planning and longer-term demand and capacity planning. The key requirement You must have previously operated at a senior level within production demand planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll need to be comfortable working under pressure, managing changing priorities and making quick, informed decisions to keep production on track. Experience gained in a slow-moving or predominantly administrative planning environment will not be suitable. The role You'll be at the heart of the manufacturing operation, balancing future demand and capacity requirements with the day-to-day needs of production. You'll attend senior planning and operational meetings, helping shape future production plans while remaining hands-on with scheduling, problem-solving and managing changing priorities. You'll also lead two direct reports, supporting their development while remaining closely involved in the operation yourself. What's on offer?
