We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team at a successful, SME in Westbury.
Reporting into the Group HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of HR policies and providing advice, guidance and support to management and employees.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can work well in a fast paced, busy environment.
Key Tasks:
- Provide expert advice HR advice to the business, advocating best practice and communicating any changes to policies and legislation
- Support all recruitment processes, deliver on-boarding programs and implement retention plans
- Build trusted relationships with all employees and be present in an operational capacity
- Produce reports and high-quality written documentation
- Identify improvement opportunities and support group strategic projects
- Assist Group with employee related issues; investigations, performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management
- Support company performance review process; annual appraisals, training, succession planning
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ as a HR generalist/Advisor
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation
- High attention to detail, pragmatic and solution oriented
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Able to establish partnerships and maintain productive working relationships at all levels in an organisation
- Strong IT skills; MS Excel, PowerPoint
