Morgan Ryder is recruiting a Financial Controller to lead finance across two UK sites (Worksop and Burgess Hill).

The role combines hands-on financial control with strategic partnering to MD and SLT, delivering close, IFRS-compliant reporting, budgeting, and cash management.

You will manage manufacturing costings, stock, working capital, and ERP improvements, developing a small finance team and shaping the function across the group.
