A global manufacturer of powder processing and bulk solids handling equipment supplying leading food, pharmaceutical and process manufacturing companies worldwide. Their portfolio includes industrial mixers, conveyors, sifters, screening systems and integrated powder handling solutions used in demanding production environments.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to manage and develop customers across Northern England.
This is a consultative technical sales position with a strong emphasis on account management.
- Manage an established portfolio of food and pharmaceutical manufacturing accounts
- Spend approximately 70% of your time developing existing customer relationships and identifying new projects
- Work closely with production, engineering and process teams to understand customer requirements
- Promote a range of powder processing equipment including mixers, conveyors, sifters and material handling systems
- Generate and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts and selected target customers
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations and solution-based sales meetings
- Work remotely from home with regular customer visits across the North
