Our client is a well-established manufacturing and processing business supplying essential products and solutions to a diverse customer base across multiple sectors. With a strong focus on operational excellence, safety and customer satisfaction, the organisation is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive continued growth and business performance.
You will lead both the commercial and operational functions of the UK business. Reporting to the European leadership team, you will oversee strategy development, financial performance, operational delivery, customer relationships, people leadership and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality and cost reduction.
- Lead capital investment planning and execution.
- Support commercial teams in securing long-term supply agreements and growth opportunities.
- Drive employee engagement, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Previous experience as a General Manager, Site Director, Managing Director or Business Unit Leader.
Strong commercial and operational management capability.
Demonstrated success leading business transformation and continuous improvement programmes.
Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in oils and fats manufacturing, food ingredients, and bulk food manufacturing.
