Scheduler Production Planner in Gainsborough

We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Planner to join our client's established BRC manufacturing facility. This is a genuinely senior, hands-on role where you'll take responsibility for both day-to-day production planning and longer-term demand and capacity planning.

You must have previously operated at a senior level within production demand planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll need to be comfortable working under pressure, managing changing priorities and making quick, informed decisions to keep production on track. Experience gained in a slow-moving or predominantly administrative planning environment will not be suitable.

You'll be at the heart of the manufacturing operation, balancing future demand and capacity requirements with the day-to-day needs of production. You'll attend senior planning and operational meetings, helping shape future production plans while remaining hands-on with scheduling, problem-solving and managing changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production and demand planning across the site
• Manage short-, medium- and long-term production plans
• Attend senior planning and operational meetings
• Manage day-to-day production schedules and changing priorities
• Work closely with production, operations and purchasing teams
• Drive improvements across planning processes

Senior-level production demand planning experience is essential, along with strong production, demand and capacity planning knowledge.
