Morgan Ryder Associates seeks a Fluids New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead to drive the introduction of new fluid manufacturing processes from development through to full-scale production. You will design automation solutions and lead a cross-functional team across Engineering, Operations, R&D and Procurement to ensure safe, efficient production.
You will guide process design activities, manage safety risks, and ensure compliance with quality, validation and regulatory standards while scaling.
