Engineering Projects Manager

At our well-established manufacturing facility, we’re pushing the boundaries of engineering and product development. As Engineering Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our new product introductions, leading a skilled team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge solutions. This role is perfect for a visionary leader with a strong technical background and a passion for driving projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Mentor and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
2. Ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and performance.
3. Oversee multiple new product introductions, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
4. Work closely with sales, operations, and external partners to align engineering goals with business objectives.
5. Implement best practices in engineering processes, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Project management experience, gained within an engineering biased environment.
2. Product development & engineering leadership, gained in manufacturing.
3. Multi-disciplinary engineering, programme governance, and NPD process experience.
4. A strong technical background in mechanical/mechatronics, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
5. A strategic leader with a passion for mentoring, process adoption, and delivering results.

On Offer:

1. A salary up to £70,000

3. 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
