About the Company:

Our company has been employee-owned for 35 years and is a leading manufacturer of films and coatings used in a variety of globally distributed products. Due to team expansion, we are seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machinery
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns, prioritising workload effectively
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
  • Adhere to health & safety protocols and report incidents accurately
  • Provide guidance and support to apprentice engineers during shifts

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with coating machinery, rollers, chemical mixers, drives, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics
  • PLC- Siemens & Allan Bradley

Qualifications:

  • Apprentice-trained (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 3, HNC, or HND in Engineering

Shift pattern:

  • Week 1 Monday- Thursday 06:00- 18:00
  • Week 2 Wednesday- Thursday 06:00-18:00 Friday 06:00- 15:00
  • Week 3 Monday- Tuesday 18:00- 06:00 Friday 06:00- 15:00
