  • Days 07:30 - 16:00 M-T and 12:30 Fri (+10% shift premium)
  • Afternoons (+20% shift premium)
  • Nights (+33% shift premium)

The Role

You will play a key role in producing high-precision machined components, working to extremely tight tolerances and exacting standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and setting CNC machines
  • Producing complex components to tight tolerances
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Working on bespoke, high-specification parts and applying knowledge of materials and machining methods
  • Manufacturing components to achieve critical geometrical tolerancing and ensuring product conformity

  • Apprentice trained Engineer
  • Strong experience in precision machining
  • Proven ability to work to tight tolerances and geometric standards
  • Experience with complex components and small batch/bespoke work
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
