- Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma improvement projects across manufacturing and warehouse operations.

- Support new product and process introductions with trials, validations, and documentation.
- Develop SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure best practice is sustained.

- Monitor KPIs, lead gap-closing initiatives, and contribute to strategic CI planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to reimagine layouts and improve workflow, material movement, and visual management.

What You\’ll Need to Succeed
- A bachelor\’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering (or similar)
- Solid experience in a manufacturing/production-based CI or process improvement role
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Root Cause Analysis, Kanban, SMED)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and confident data interpretation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change through coaching and influence
- Hands-on problem-solving attitude with a bias for action and results
