Join a Business Where Culture Comes First and Quality Drives Everything.

Despite operating from a strong market position, backed by an impressive manufacturing facility, loyal customers and an exceptionally hard-working workforce, the leadership team chose to protect the company’s culture rather than aggressively expand. Because they understood that the family feel, the togetherness and the people are the foundation of the business’s success. Teams work collaboratively, successes are shared, and there’s a strong sense of pride across the site in maintaining the reputation the business has built through quality, consistency and customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on, highly visible role within the Quality Department of a successful food manufacturing and blending facility. You’ll play a key role supporting blending operations while also providing technical support across packing and warehouse activities. The position offers genuine variety, responsibility and involvement in the day-to-day quality performance of the site.

  • Product and ingredient sampling and on-site analysis
  • Environmental, microbiological and water sampling
  • Leading internal GMP, hygiene and fabrication audits
  • Investigating non-conformances and customer complaints
  • Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Contributing to food safety risk assessments and HACCP activities
  • Developing SOPs and supporting continuous improvement projects
  • Delivering quality and compliance training across the business
  • Supervising a small team of Quality Technicians and covering shifts in holiday periods
  • Deputising for the Group Quality Manager when required

Working Hours (Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm / Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm) - Shift covers for holidays.
