The Opportunity

Our client is a global market-leading manufacturer of innovative interior construction products and systems. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to appoint a Specification Sales Manager to drive project specifications and new business development across the Midlands and Northern regions. This is a highly visible role within a growing division where your contribution will have a direct impact on future success. Working remotely from home, you will be responsible for developing specifications and influencing key stakeholders across a wide range of commercial projects within sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, hospitality, sports venues, and public buildings.

  • Develop and secure product specifications with architects, designers, specifiers, consultants, and main contractors.
  • Drive new business opportunities across the Midlands and North territory.
  • Deliver a consultative, solution-led sales approach focused on project outcomes and customer needs.
