Morgan Ryder Associates is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for their Blackpool site, offering a competitive salary, 1 day per week of home working and a 37.5 hour week.

You will act as the go‑to HR lead in the absence of the HR Manager, advising across the full employee lifecycle and guiding complex ER cases with a focus on UK employment law.
