We're looking for a commercially sharp, technically confident Product Manager to take ownership of our product portfolio and lead the development of new, market-winning solutions. As Product Manager, you will:
- Own market insight: Understand customer needs, analyse competitors and capture requirements that guide product strategy.
- Lead the product lifecycle: Manage and optimise our existing range, identify improvements and cost efficiencies, and run regular SKU reviews to drive performance.
- Turn technical detail into commercial clarity: Build strong manufacturing knowledge, maintain accurate specifications and support teams with clear, practical product guidance.
- Champion New Product Development: Spot gaps, validate opportunities, shape positioning and guide new products from concept through to launch.
- Deliver standout launches: Work with sales, marketing and production to bring new products to market with impact.
- Stay connected to the industry: Engage with customers, suppliers and partners, attend events and gather intelligence that fuels smart product decisions.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of product management, gained in manufacturing, construction or technical products.
- Strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-driven problem-solver with commercial awareness.
- Confident presenter, natural collaborator and influential leader.
- Self-starter with a track record of delivering results.
