Key responsibilities
- Lead plant materials operations including inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and NPI supply chain activities.
- Provide leadership to demand and supply planning.
- Drive adherence to global supply chain processes (SIOP, PIPO, NPI) and operational excellence standards.
- Ensure on-time delivery performance and achievement of key Supply Chain and Warehouse KPIs.
- Act as Supply Chain representative in plant meetings, driving MOS actions and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, Finance and Planning teams.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing plant materials team.
The successful candidate
- Experienced in materials, supply chain or warehouse management, gained in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, WMS) and advanced MS Office.
