We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing aerospace and defence business in Alton.

The Role Working closely with the wider team, you will support export compliance activities and ensure accurate records are maintained for UK and international shipments.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing and maintaining export documentation.
Managing export licence records and shipment logs.
Monitoring compliance records and documentation.
Supporting export licence applications and renewals.
Liaising with customers, freight forwarders and government authorities when required.
Maintaining End User Undertakings and customer compliance records.
Assisting with commodity code and export classification administration.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Providing administrative support for quality and supplier compliance activities.
