We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and continuously improve manufacturing operations within a fast paced production environment. The role is responsible for manufacturing standards, process operations, industrialisation activities, and process optimisation. This position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, and cross functional engineering teams to deliver best in class manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Identify and control all critical to quality aspects of manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain a strategy for manufacturing equipment in collaboration with maintenance teams.
  • Identify, justify, and implement equipment upgrades and modifications to improve productivity and quality.
  • Support the justification and implementation of capital investment projects.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support process optimisation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and scrap reduction.
  • Participate in cross functional Six Sigma projects.
