This role has been created to provide critical support during a period of change and growth, while also laying the foundations for a more structured and scalable HR function. Policy & Process Development Review, create and implement HR policies and procedures Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and systems Act as a trusted advisor, helping managers navigate people challenges Recruitment Support & Coordination Drive recruitment processes to conclusion, ensuring pace and efficiency Track and manage recruitment activity to ensure visibility and accountability Training & Development Support Assist in delivering internal training sessions (e.g. investigations, return-to-work processes) Contribute to building management capability across the organisation Opportunity to gain exposure to L&D initiatives Support the implementation of systems, metrics, and reporting Help embed a more proactive, solutions-focused HR approach Generalist HR & Employee Relations Previous experience in a HR Advisor / Officer level role Strong practical HR knowledge across generalist activities This is a business at the cutting edge of its field, with a strong focus on innovation and future growth.
