Working as part of a collaborative Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pricing decisions, preparing quotations and tenders, analysing business performance, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate customer quotations and pricing for the sales team.
- Produce estimates for major tenders and commercial opportunities.
- Maintain and update pricing databases and pricing tools to ensure accuracy.
- Analyse sales, margin and customer data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Produce regular commercial reports and business analysis.
- Support customer reviews with meaningful commercial insight.
- Validate invoice pricing to ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
- Provide general commercial and operational support across the department.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Confident interpreting data and turning insights into actions.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and focused on continuous improvement.
Experience of Microsoft Access, SharePoint and Power BI would be advantageous but is not essential.

- 25 days (plus bank holidays), increasing every January to a maximum of 28 days
