The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Bid Coordinator to join our team in Newton Aycliffe. This role focuses on supporting the automotive division, managing bid processes for injection-moulded plastics projects. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to coordinate, compile, and submit competitive bids to automotive OEMs and tier 1 suppliers. This is an office-based role offering excellent exposure to the automotive plastics sector and a strong opportunity for career progression into commercial, project management, or sales roles. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full bid process for automotive injection-moulded plastics projects.
- Work with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to gather technical and commercial input.
- Prepare accurate and competitive bid submissions within tight deadlines.
- Maintain bid documentation, track progress, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Support post-bid review processes to capture lessons learned and improve future submissions.

About You
- Experience working in injection-moulded plastics within the automotive industry.
