The Role
Working closely with the wider team, you will support export compliance activities and ensure accurate records are maintained for UK and international shipments. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and maintaining export documentation.
- Managing export licence records and shipment logs.
- Monitoring compliance records and documentation.
- Supporting export licence applications and renewals.
- Liaising with customers, freight forwarders and government authorities when required.
- Maintaining End User Undertakings and customer compliance records.
- Assisting with commodity code and export classification administration.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Providing administrative support for quality and supplier compliance activities.
About You
