EHS Advisor Burnley | Multisite | Manufacturing | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits Morgan Ryder Associates is recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing manufacturing business, seeking an experienced EHS professional to make a real impact across two UK sites. This is a hands-on, shop-floor focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, influencing teams and turning EHS standards into everyday behaviours. Around 75% of your time will be spent on the shop floor, supporting approximately 260 employees across two sites in Burnley. The business operates across the aerospace sector as precision manufacturing successfully and has grown exponentially in recent years. The Role You'll work closely with operational leaders to drive EHS standards and develop a proactive safety culture, including: Conducting risk assessments, audits and site inspections Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses Driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions Advising on high-risk activities, equipment and processes Supporting permit-to-work, chemical and specialist manufacturing controls Delivering inductions, toolbox talks and EHS training Improving PPE compliance and safe working practices Maintaining EHS records, statistics and management systems Supporting legislative compliance and liaison with the HSE and other external bodies Coaching and influencing employees and managers across both sites About You You'll ideally have EHS experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment, with exposure to high-risk processes, risk assessments, incident investigation and safety culture improvement. NEBOSH or IOSH is preferred, but significant practical experience will be considered. The business is also open to supporting the right person through further qualifications. Most importantly, you'll be practical, confident and comfortable on the shop floor; someone who can build relationships, challenge standards and get things done. What's on Offer?
