What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures.
- Direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be key to our success at our community.
Compensation And Incentives:
- Excellent Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
- 20% Rent Discount
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
- $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
- Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

Qualifications:
- Leasing or sales experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
