We are looking for highly driven individuals with proven sales / business development experience. Someone who can build trusting relationships with clients globally. We are looking for a tenacious self-starter, who knows what has to be achieved to successfully smash sales targets. Someone who is process driven, can follow company operating procedures. We need someone who is willing to travel globally, to meet clients and attend conferences.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our UK based team - the role can be remote anywhere in the UK or office based in Haywards Heath. The focus of the position will be developing business globally, through existing warm client leads, but also developing relationships from new. Clients will be based in UK, Europe, US, Middle East or APAC regions. Reporting into one of the Senior Partners of the business. You will focus on the global biotech and CDMO sector.

Position Responsibilities:

  • 360 position: The role will be both business development and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients globally.

Experience:

  • Sales / Business Development Experience: Proven background in B2B sales in a complex environment, preferably in a STEM field (nice to have).
  • Recruitment Experience: Minimum 3+ years in recruitment, ideally with executive search or senior-level hiring exposure.
