Our client is a growing biotech bringing forward medicines in neuroendocrinology and they have an interim role for an experienced Medical Director. You will be leading an experienced medical affairs team of UK based MSLs preparing for an important launch. They would like an experienced Medical Director responsible for the UK & Ireland, based in the UK. This role is central to shaping and executing scientific, strategic and operational excellence in the region with a strong focus on pre-launch planning and team development.
The ideal candidate will have a sound medical background, deep scientific insight and strong business acumen. As a qualified ABPI final signatory, they will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted leader. Ideally you will be a GMC registered physician with demonstrable leadership experience and ideally subject matter experience in endocrinology, paediatrics and rare disease.
