Salesforce Field Service role out across R&M (repair & Maintenance) - Project Manager/Delivery Lead. Stevenage (onsite three days per week is mandatory plus travel during roll out to other UK sites).
Delivery Lead/PM Β£600 to Β£650 a day will work for them as a day rate. Can start on the 3rd of Feb or soon after (latest 12th of February is essential) - six-month contract initially but likely to be 12-to-18-month programme. Paid via an umbrella.
What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a Salesforce implementation and transformation project, working hands-on with the delivery lead from our System Implementor (SI), our technology vendor, and the internal Process Owner and wider project team.
- You will have strong technical knowledge of processes, systems, integrations, and interfaces to guide outcomes and deliverables within the project team.
- You will bring business and process transformation experience working in an Agile/Iterative delivery style with a proactive, flexible and delivery-focused approach.
- Operating within our IT Governance framework, you will manage vendors, oversee change requests, and ensure that schedules, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies are proactively maintained in partnership with our SI.
- You will work with the SI Project Lead and project team, creating and maintaining clear project plans, enabling the smooth and efficient delivery of IT initiatives.
- This includes keeping stakeholders informed through the preparation and sharing of weekly project highlight reports.
- Collaboration and a can-do attitude will be key, as you work closely with internal and external parties to coordinate and schedule project activities effectively in a fast-paced environment within a wider programme of work.
- You will also manage project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and providing regular, transparent financial updates.
- You will be proactive in managing project risks and issues and proactively manage these, escalating swiftly as required to enable successful delivery.
