My client is one of Scotland's largest local authorities with healthy long term capital programs both within housing, education and community facilities.

They have an ambitious housing regeneration project which includes new build and re-modernisation of housing and flatted developments over a 20-year period.

They are currently seeking Quantity Surveyors to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Part-time and Full-time positions available.

The post is responsible for cost management, procurement, contract administration, payments, and financial control throughout construction projects within a multi-disciplinary environment.

This is a senior professional quantity surveying role focused on delivering public sector housing projects.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial and contractual expertise with project management, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and financial control skills, while ensuring compliance with public sector regulations and governance requirements.
