KeyedIn Systems Administrator – KeyedIn Configuration Essential

  • £450 per day
  • Stevenage and home based
  • Inside IR35 through an umbrella
  • Must be Britsh or have Indefinte leave to remain in the UK

Purpose of the Role

The KeyedIn Administrator/Application Configuration Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day systems administration, configuration, and optimisation of the KeyedIn Project Portfolio Management (PPM) application. The role ensures the platform is aligned to business needs, supports end users effectively, and maintains system integrity, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Application Administration & Configuration

  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security profiles within KeyedIn.
  • Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and update application settings, templates, and data structures.
  • Support integrations between KeyedIn and other business systems (eg, ERP, CRM).

System Maintenance & Performance

  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure maintenance of fields and values, data quality and integrity across the platform.

User Support & Training

  • Provide Level 1-3 support for KeyedIn-related queries and issues.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for KeyedIn within the organisation.
  • Develop user guides, and conduct 1:1 training sessions.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Gather feedback from the PPM Governance and Assurance team to improve configuration and usability.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify new features and enhancements.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational policies, including cyber security and data protection standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience administering or configuring KeyedIn.
  • Strong understanding of application configuration concepts (workflows, reporting, permissions).
  • Competence in data management and integration processes.
  • Experience providing user support and training.
  • Understanding of cyber security principles, particularly in application administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and liaise with technical teams and vendors.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with KeyedIn API and integration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools for data extraction/analysis.
  • Knowledge of project portfolio management processes.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or similar service management accreditation.
  • Experience in change control and release management for SaaS applications.
