Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)

We are partnering with a growing international organisation to hire a Japanese-speaking HR Officer to join their established HR team in Slough. This is a hands-on, operational role with a strong focus on HR data, reporting, and process optimisation, offering excellent exposure to both local and global HR activity. This role is particularly well-suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys working at the intersection of HR operations, data analysis, and international collaboration, with regular interaction with stakeholders in Japan.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, while also taking ownership of HR data and reporting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate, well-structured employee records
  • Producing HR reporting and analysing salary and people data using advanced Excel (essential)
  • Supporting payroll and compensation activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global processes
  • Preparing HR documentation including contracts, variations, promotions, and leaver administration
