A leading, values-driven organisation is looking for a Senior People & Development Business Partner with deep Employee Relations expertise to join their People team in a highly visible, impactful role. This is a rare opportunity to lead on complex ER, shape employment policy, and partner with senior leaders in a unionised, evolving environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead complex, high-risk employee relations casework end-to-end
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employment law and industrial relations
  • Shape and evolve HR policies and procedures
  • Partner with senior leaders on change, workforce planning, and performance
  • Build strong relationships with Trade Unions and key stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in ER within a unionised environment
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
