I am currently representing a public sector organisation who are seeking a Clerk of Works to join the team on a contract basis. My client is one of Scotland's largest local authorities with healthy long term capital programmes both within housing, education and community facilities.
They have an ambitious housing regeneration project which includes new build and re-modernisation of housing and flatted developments over a 20-year period. Working on high volume housing refurbishment programmes, you will be required to provide a quality monitoring service covering all projects from inception to completion.
