Skills Experience:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and deliver messages across various channels with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with training design and delivery, including digital learning tools and repositories.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is desirable.
- Experience in utilities or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- Change Management or Project Management certification (e.g., APMG Change Practitioner, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous.
