Our client is seeking an experienced regulatory lawyer who will deliver practical and business-focused legal advice to our business and corporate services partners. This role has significant regulatory law responsibilities but also requires someone who can manage further more general legal work in fields such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, technology, privacy and data security. Key Accountabilities: Provide legal support on a wide range of regulatory matters for a global professional services organisation. Advise on day-to-day matters including contracts, corporate governance, technology, privacy and data security, regulatory compliance and other commercial, regulatory and related issues which arise.
