Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Applications Specialist - Stevenage in Hertfordshire £60,000 to £80,000 - plus bonus - plus car/car allowance
What will you be doing?
A Senior Product Analyst is required to support the stability, performance and continuous improvement of Oracle ERP platforms. This role will focus on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet business needs. Work will be delivered in line with ITIL processes, with strong emphasis on service quality and user experience. Close collaboration will take place with Product Owners, Business Analysts and third-party providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced application support will be delivered across the ERP estate.
- 3rd line support provided in line with ITIL processes and best practice.
- Business requirements translated into clear technical specifications.
- System enhancements planned, tested and implemented with minimal disruption.
- Oracle ERP configuration, data setup and migration overseen.
- Incidents and service requests managed through ITSM tools.

Additional information
The role is to replace an individual, and this role will primarily operate from the Head office in Stevenage, for which the successful candidate is expected to be onsite for at least 2 days per week at their primary location (Stevenage) with occasional travel to Warwickshire.
The successful candidate is preferred to start from 1st August 2026; however this is flexible.
Monday to Friday - Must live in close proximity to Stevenage - 37.5 Hours per Week. Hours 9 - 5 or 9 - 5.30pm (Depending on Length of Lunch Break).
Candidate must be able to pass security clearance for the role.
No Overtime - however TOIL as may be required to work additional hours on occasions, including Saturdays.
1. Education
Degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain. Relevant coursework/modules: ERP systems, finance systems, logistics, or database management. Postgraduate qualification (desirable but not essential).
