We’re partnering with a leading charity to hire an Associate Director of Reward into a high-impact, standalone role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, hands-on reward professional to take full ownership of the reward agenda - shaping strategy while staying close to delivery.
You’ll lead on pay, bonus, benefits and recognition, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive a compelling and competitive reward proposition that supports attraction, retention and engagement.
The Role
- Own and deliver the end-to-end annual reward cycle (salary reviews, bonus, benchmarking)
- Lead reward strategy across benefits and recognition, embedding frameworks across the organisation
- Act as custodian of job grading and evaluation
- Produce RemCo papers, exec-level analysis and pay gap reporting
- Manage key suppliers (e.g. pensions, benchmarking, benefits)
- Provide expert advice to HR and leadership
- Balance strategic projects with operational delivery in a lean environment
About You
- Proven standalone or lead reward experience in a similar organisation
- Strong technical grounding across compensation, benchmarking and job evaluation
- Advanced Excel skills and confident working with complex data
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
- Able to switch between strategy and detail seamlessly
- Resilient, agile and commercially aware
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting at exec level
