Morgan Philips Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director, HR Operations & Wellbeing, to lead a broad portfolio across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Occupational Health and Wellbeing for a >10,000 workforce. The role drives strategic direction and operational excellence within a major transformation program.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will oversee large teams, manage significant budgets, and partner with senior executives to shape policy, performance and change.
