As a Senior HR Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, working directly with Managing Directors, business owners and senior leaders across a range of sectors. About You We're open to candidates from consultancy backgrounds or experienced HR Business Partners who have operated in fast-paced environments. You'll likely bring: Strong generalist HR experience Confidence managing complex ER matters The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders Sound employment law knowledge Experience supporting change initiatives, restructures or TUPE A pragmatic and commercial approach to problem-solving CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience) Most importantly, you'll enjoy building trusted relationships and delivering practical advice that makes a difference.
