We’re hiring: Technical Lead (Hybrid | UK (Northeast) | £80–90k + package/ Company car / EV scheme + fuel card & other fringe benefits. One to two days per week in Newcastle - rest home based. Please kindly note - (NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE).

About the role:
As our Technical Lead, you won’t be coding day-to-day — instead, you’ll set the direction. Acting as a senior technical authority, you’ll influence delivery across both onshore and offshore teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and embed engineering standards and best practices

- Drive delivery excellence across platforms and integration layers
- Act as a senior escalation point for technical challenges
- Ensure smooth transition from build → live service
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Security, Ops, and IT Engineering leaders
