Job Description
ORACLE FUSION BUSINESS ANALYST – Must have solid Oracle Fusion experience – Finance/SCM or HCM module experience is essential.
(Three separate roles – one HR, one Finance & one Procurement/Supply Chain)
- Day rate £700 to £800 per day
- 12-month contracts starting 20th of October – TEAMS interviews next week
- Home based – and Warwick site as required but only when necessary
- Inside IR35 – paid through an umbrella
This is a role following a merger and acquisition – so bringing one company's systems onto Oracle Fusion platform.
(Retail/Transport/FMCG experience is essential – public sector only experience less appealing – as very fast paced) – Self-starter and dynamic approach.
Job Summary:
As an Oracle Business Analysts you will be responsible for analysing business process, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of solutions across the Oracle Fusion application platform to improve operational efficiency and support strategic goals. As a business you will bridge the gap between business users and our technical SI partners to ensure solutions delivered the desired business outcomes.
Key Deliverables:
- Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Produce gap analysis and business change impact assessments.
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with other technical resources to ensure solutions not only meet the requirements but also delivered the right user experience.
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Applications across HCM, Payroll ERP, EPM and SCM.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
- Support project planning, estimation, and execution.
- Liaise with Oracle vendors and external consultants as needed.
What will you bring:
- 3+ years of Oracle Fusion business analysis experience – preferably more!
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, change impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Professional qualification/s such as the International Diploma in Business Analysis (BCS) or equivalent.
- Experience with one or more Oracle Fusion application product families e.g. ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM and Payroll.
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work across multiple business domains and manage competing priorities.
