My client is one of Scotland's largest local authorities with healthy long term capital programs both within housing, education and community facilities. They have an ambitious housing regeneration project which includes new build and re-modernisation of housing and flatted developments over a 20-year period.
They are currently seeking an Architect or an Architectural Technician to join their team on a long-term contract basis. You will be part of a team who are responsible for the housing regeneration project. Working within a multi-disciplinary environment you will be responsible for delivering a few key projects, in particular a £5m non-traditional house refurbishment project which involves the over cladding on timber houses, renewing roofs and adding new photovoltaic panels. The post will involve day to day contract administration duties.

Minimum 5 years' experience within an Architectural practice or Local authority.
- Job running and contract administration experience.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.

This is a hybrid working position with attendance on site and office when required.
