  • We’re partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a

Head of Reward into a high-impact, standalone role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, hands-on reward professional to take full ownership of the reward agenda - shaping strategy while remaining close to delivery.

You'll lead on pay, bonus, benefits and recognition, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a compelling and competitive reward proposition that supports attraction, retention and engagement.

The Role

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonus planning and market benchmarking.
  • Lead the reward strategy across compensation, benefits and recognition, embedding best-practice frameworks across the organisation.
  • Act as the custodian of job grading and evaluation methodologies.
  • Produce Rem Co papers, executive-level analysis and gender pay gap reporting.
  • Manage key external providers, including pensions, benefits and benchmarking suppliers.
  • Provide expert reward advice and guidance to HR colleagues and senior leaders.
  • Balance strategic initiatives with operational delivery in a lean, agile environment.

About You

  • Proven experience leading or operating as a standalone reward specialist within a similar organisation.
  • Strong technical expertise across compensation, benchmarking and job evaluation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex reward data.
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Able to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and detailed execution.
  • Resilient, agile and commercially minded.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting at executive level.
